Countries We Ship To

We deliver to France and throughout the European Union via Colissimo. For all other international destinations, shipping is handled by our partner DHL Express.

All deliveries require a signature upon receipt, and orders are dispatched to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Once the order is confirmed, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address.

Delivery Times

Orders placed between Monday and Friday are prepared within a maximum of 48 hours. Shipping times start from this date.

Please note that these times may be extended during special promotions or high-traffic periods.

The delivery times provided by our carriers are estimates and may vary depending on the time of year. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, and no compensation of any kind will be issued in such cases.

Order Tracking and Receipt

You can track the status of your order using the tracking link sent to you by email once your package has been dispatched.

If you are unavailable to sign for the package, a delivery notice will be left in your mailbox. Starting from the next day, your package will be held at your local post office for 15 days. After this period, the package will be returned to us. In cases where an incorrect address was provided or the package was not picked up within the specified time frame, return shipping costs will be charged to you.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordered items will be shipped as soon as the products are back in stock. The specific delivery time for pre-orders is provided in the product description. By clicking "Pre-order," the customer agrees to receive their order on a different date than the standard delivery times mentioned in this shipping policy. Pre-orders are not subject to the usual shipping times.

An email will be sent to the customer once the pre-order is ready for shipment. Please note that pre-order availability dates can vary depending on the merchandise. Seliijan cannot be held responsible for minor delays beyond the estimated delivery date, particularly due to logistical or production-related issues.

Customs and Taxes

For deliveries within the European Union, no customs fees apply.

For deliveries outside the European Union, your purchases may be subject to customs duties. We recommend contacting your local customs office to find out about any additional duties or taxes you may need to pay. Customs fees are always the responsibility of the buyer.

United Kingdom -  goods are subject to customs duties if the total value exceeds £135/€150, and these charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note that all orders to the United Kingdom are final, with no possibility of exchange or return. If goods are refused due to high taxes or fees, the package will be destroyed by UK customs authorities.

United States - Please note that recent updates to U.S. customs regulations may affect how your order is processed upon arrival.

Orders are shipped under DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) terms. This means that any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges applied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

U.S. customers purchasing products manufactured outside the United States (such as in Portugal, China, Italy, etc.) should be aware that import duties and taxes are not included in the listed price. These charges will be determined by U.S. Customs and collected at the time of delivery.

Please note: Customs regulations and duty rates may change depending on political decisions or ongoing trade agreements. We recommend that customers stay informed about any updates that could affect the final cost of their order.

These fees are set by U.S. Customs authorities, and we have no control over the amount charged. It is the customer’s responsibility to review the current import rules before placing an order.
