Countries delivered

We deliver in France and in the European Union with Colissimo. Sales to the rest of the world are carried out by our partner DHL Express. All our deliveries are made with signature, orders are sent to the address indicated by the customer. Once your order has been placed, you can no longer change the delivery address.

 

Delivery time

All orders placed from Monday to Friday are prepared within a maximum of 48 hours. Delivery times run from this date. Please note that these deadlines may be extended in the event of special operations. The delivery times given by our carriers are indicative and may vary depending on the time of year. We cannot be held responsible for any delay attributable to the carrier and no claim for compensation of any kind whatsoever can be claimed from us.

 

Tracking and receipt of your order

You can follow the progress of your order and see the delivery progress. For this, use the link received by email. If you are absent and unable to sign for the package, a delivery notice will be deposit in your mailbox. Your package can be pick up until the 15 following days in your post office. At the end of this period, the package will be returned to us. If you are responsible for the delevery problems (address error, no pick up within the deladline) you will have to pay the return shipping costs.

 

Duties and taxes

In the European Union there are no customs fees.

Purchases outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties. Please contact the local customs authorities to find out about the duties and taxes that you will have to pay. Duties and taxes are always charged to the recipient.

For the United States, customs fees payable by the buyer only apply above 740 euros / 800 USD, transport and insurance costs included.

The entry of goods into the United Kingdom is subject to customs duties above 135 GBP/150 euros. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Orders for the United Kingdom are firm and final with no possibility of exchange or return. Any refusal of goods due to excessive taxes will result in the destruction of the package by British customs.
