Returns

At Seliijan, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your order in accordance with our return policy. Please read the following conditions carefully:

Return Period

You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your package to initiate a return request.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part during shipping. We highly recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and insurance to ensure the safe return of your item.

Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned package, we will process your refund within 14 days from the acceptance of the return. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, please contact us beforehand to check availability.
When the exchange is possible (size in stock), we will cover the return shipping costs for customers located in France only
However, if the requested size is no longer available, the exchange cannot be processed. In this case, the request will be considered a standard return, and our regular return policy will apply.

Restocking Fees

If the returned product is received in a non-compliant condition, such as being damaged, wrinkled, or showing signs of neglect or mishandling, Seliijan reserves the right to deduct restocking fees from the total refund amount. We expect items to be returned in their original condition, with intact packaging and unused. Any return that does not meet these conditions may result in a reduction of the refunded amount to cover the costs of restocking the product.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please log into your account and submit a return request. If necessary, we will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return and any additional information.

Important Information

1. We do not accept returns via FedEx : However, if the return must be made through FedEx due to the customer's inability to use another carrier, we will be forced to allow additional time for the refund. This is because FedEx charges customs duties several weeks after receiving the package, which prevents us from knowing the exact refund amount in advance. Therefore, the refund can only be processed after approximately one and a half months.

We strongly advise our customers in France to use a French return service such as Colissimo, and for international returns to France, we recommend using services like UPS or DHL. We thank you for your understanding and hope you recognize the importance of these measures, which are put in place to facilitate the return process and ensure the satisfaction of our customers.

2. Information regarding swimwear: For hygiene reasons, swimwear returns will only be accepted if the product is returned in its original condition, with the tag, the hygiene liner, and the original pouch intact, and unworn. The swimwear must not have been used and must be in perfect new condition. If these conditions are not met, unfortunately, the return will not be accepte

3. For United Kingdom, : Please note that all orders to the United Kingdom are final, with no possibility of exchange or return. If goods are refused due to high taxes or fees, the package will be destroyed by UK customs authorities.
