Contact us as soon as possible at contact@seliijan.com with your order number. If your parcel has not yet left our studio, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund at no cost.

Order already shipped or received?

In accordance with Article L.221-21 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the date you receive your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal, no justification required. Simply use the "Withdraw from contract" button below: enter your email and order number, confirm, and you will immediately receive a time-stamped acknowledgement by email.

What you should know 

Once your withdrawal is confirmed, you have 14 days to ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the return, using the original payment method.

Items must be returned new, unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached. Any item returned in a non-compliant condition (damaged, wrinkled, signs of use) may be subject to a deduction from the refunded amount. For hygiene reasons, swimwear is only accepted if the tag, hygiene liner and original pouch are intact and the item is unworn.

We recommend a tracked and insured shipping method: Colissimo from France, UPS or DHL for international returns. Returns via FedEx are strongly discouraged (refund delayed to approximately one and a half months due to customs duties invoiced after delivery). All orders shipped to the United Kingdom are final, with no possibility of exchange or return. Any customs fees associated with returning goods to France will be deducted from your refund.
