Who answers me when I write to you?

A real person, always. We are a small team based in the South of France, surrounded by family and friends. Every order is prepared by hand, and every message is read and answered by one of us.

Where are your pieces made?

All Seliijan pieces are designed in Nice, then crafted in France and in Portugal, in workshops chosen for their savoir-faire. Our fabrics come from carefully selected suppliers.

When will my order be shipped?

All our pieces are in stock, and your order is prepared within 2 working days. Parcels leave every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, and you receive a tracking email as soon as yours is on its way.

How is my order delivered?

We ship with Colissimo across Europe and with DHL for the rest of the world. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your destination, and are shown at checkout.

How do I return an item?

You have 14 days after receiving your parcel to place a return request from your account: log in with your email address, select the order and the items concerned, and you will receive the return instructions by email. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with their original tags. Return shipping is at your expense, except for size exchanges, which are on us.

Which items cannot be returned?

Sale items, swimwear, artworks and digital gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Everything else in our wardrobe can come back to us within 14 days.

When will I be refunded?

Quickly! It is a promise we hold dear. As soon as your return or cancellation reaches us, your refund is issued within 48 working hours at the most, to your original payment method. An additional delay is possible depending on your bank.

Can I exchange a size or a colour?

Of course, and it will not cost you a thing: exchanges are free, and we cover the shipping both ways. Simply select “Exchange a size” and tell us your order number, the item concerned and the size or colour you would like. We then review your request (14-day window after delivery, stock availability) and, once approved, you receive a prepaid return label by email to send your item back to us. As soon as we receive it, we ship the new one. If you exchange for a more expensive piece, only the price difference applies.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not been processed yet. Go to your account, open the order and select “Cancel order”. If the option no longer appears, your order is already being prepared: in that case, simply place a return request once you receive it.

How do I choose my size?

A size guide is available on every product page, along with a sizing note specific to each piece: some are cut close to the body, others more relaxed. If you still hesitate between two sizes, write to us, we will be happy to advise you personally.

How do I care for my Seliijan pieces?

The care instructions are on the label of each garment, and you will also find them in the “Care” section of every product page. A well-cared-for piece will stay with you for years: that is the very idea of a timeless wardrobe.

How do I track my order?

A confirmation email with a tracking link is sent as soon as your parcel ships. You can also find all your orders and their status at any time in your account, accessible with just your email address.
